Jack Rahaim founded Jack Rahaim Consulting in 1993. Currently, Jack’s practice focuses primarily upon providing consulting to clients in virtually every industry in areas of Strategy, Process Improvement and Information Systems. He works with clients in the US, Europe and Japan.
Prior to starting his own business, Jack spent over 20 years in high technology with a specific focus on the use of advanced processes and technologies to gain a sustainable competitive advantage.
Jack has chaired and delivered seminars on topics dealing with advanced technologies (artificial intelligence/expert systems) as well as Business Process Reengineering throughout Japan, Europe and the US. He has taught a three day course in Tokyo to 50 of Japan’s largest companies on the organizational and technical requirements for sustainable change. He moderated a national conference on the use of the Internet and Medicine in 1993…slightly ahead of the curve.
Jack has been a guest lecturer at Stanford University and the Harvard Business School on topics of technology and strategy and has been a member of the adjunct faculties of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Fitchburg State College.
In an effort to give back to his community, Jack was a Big Brother for 10 years in Boston, taught job interviewing skills for the DOE Fund, was a PAL working with homeless pre-school children for the Horizons Initiative and has taught entrepreneurship to high school students in New York City.
Jack Rahaim Consulting, Inc. is headquartered in New York City. For 8 years, Jack’s home and office were located on a 40 foot sailboat docked a short distance from New York City thereby satisfying two dreams: to live full-time on a sailboat and to live in/near Manhattan. A native of Massachusetts, he has two grown sons and a grandson; he holds a BS in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
